Cancellation & Refund Policy (CPA Compliant)

1. Student Cancellations

Under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel your ticket booking prior to the event date. The following terms apply:

• Notice of 7+ Days Before Event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

• Notice of 48 Hours to 6 Days: 50% refund.

• Notice under 48 Hours / No-Shows: Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee) as the seat cannot be resold.

• Medical Emergency or Bereavement: In terms of Section 17(5) of the CPA, a 100% refund will be issued without penalty if you are unable to attend due to hospitalization or death of an immediate family member (proof required).

2. Ticket Transfers

Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another student at zero extra cost. Notify us at info@ccgamenight.com at least 6 hours before the event with their full name, email, and Ticket Reference Number.
